Data Collected:

On River Lasol we may collect the following data if you choose to give it via one of our forms: first names, last names, and email addresses.
This data will be collected when users do one of two things: subscribe to our newsletter or send a message through our contact form.

Where Data Goes:

All data collected via forms on the River Lasol website will be subject to being viewed only by the owners and operators of the River Lasol site and the third party WIX, which is the service that collects and stores your data as both the website and newsletter host. This is necessary so that communications with you can be performed and, in the case of you choosing to subscribe, so that marketing measures can be sent to you.

How Data is Used and Protected:

The following pieces of data will be used as follows: Your first and last name will be used to identify you and to allow us to address you correctly in email communications. Data Retention:

We keep your data in our system for as long as necessary in order for us to communicate and share marketing materials with you. Specifically for our newsletter, we keep your data as long as you consent to it being in our system (i.e. until you unsubscribe or otherwise contact us). You will always reserve the right to unsubscribe and can do so by clicking the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
We will not sell or in any way transfer your data to any third parties beyond those that help us in running and maintaining our website, its services, and its marketing campaigns. These third parties that do have access to data will only have access as long as they are agreeing to keep it confidential.

Children:

On River Lasol we do not attempt to or knowingly market our services to children (specifically meaning those under thirteen years of age). If you are under thirteen years of age, please do not enter any data onto our forms. Entering information into our forms means you are confirming that you are over thirteen years of age.
